You can try hiking on the Medway Valley Heritage Trail. It’s a 10-kilometer route, leading hikers to enormous nature views, lovely forests, and the Thames River. This is the most frequented trail in the park among hikers.

Mountain biking

You can enjoy mountain biking on the park’s rocky steps, steep hills, and singletracks.
