The Community Foundation of Greater Kingston helps charities accomplish their good work by making financial grants. Donations are pooled in a permanent endowment fund, and interest income earned is used to make grants.

Visit the site of the Rideau Trail Association (RTA). The Rideau Trail is 300 km long and joins Kingston to Ottawa. The Rideau Trail is designated by an orange triangle and passes through the southern section of the Park.

Friends of Bon Echo Rabbit Man

Visit the site of another dedicated group: The Friends of Bon Echo. You can drive from Frontenac to Bon Echo Provincial Park in a few hours.

Enjoy this wonderful virtual hike of the Moulton Gorge. Bev uses a Nikon Coolpix 4500 digital camera for her excellent photographs. She also recently (21-June_2003) created an equally informative virtual Hike of the Doe Lake trail and arab Lake Trail. Try these hikes, they are great.
